- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was assured that I was going to get the colour I wanted but ended up with patchy hair. I got another hair dressers opinion and they told me that I should get a refund because of how bad it was. The salon told me their policy is to fix it first before giving a refund but I didn't want them to fix it so they got a colour specialist in who also told me my hair was fine. I demanded my refund and they refused me. They were extremely nice when I first came in and once I asked for a refund their attitude completely changed.
